Massage & Healing

Diana has worked in Massage and Healing for over 20 years.

Trained in Massage, Crystal & Shamanic Healing in London in 1984 then returned to Sydney to complete a Diploma of Remedial Massage at Nature Care College.

Diana practices Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Remedial & Hot Stone Massage. Diana also Studied Soul Alchemy in 2000 which combines

Kinesiology, Huna, NLP, E.F.T among other modalities.

Diana incorporates all or some these modalities in a massage, balancing body, mind and spirit or she can work on specific physical /emotional problems or injuries.

She prefers to do 2 hour appointments as each part of the body interconnects & this gives time to work on the body as a whole, for maximum results

Treatments are designed specifically for each persons needs & comfort.

Nia & Dance Alchemy

Nia is a bare foot practice, a fusion of Dance, Yoga, Feldenkrais & Martial Arts.

Nia is a fun Movement Practice using the latest body/mind science, it is based

around 52 core moves created to strengthen, stimulate & balance every muscle. Nia combines guided & free dance with creative self expression & great music,

it is a great way to let go of the everyday stresses with joy & laughter, balancing Body, Mind & Spirit.

Nia is Suitable for all ages & levels of fitness and can be practiced with or without dance experience, it is taught worldwide & has been continually developing for 30 years. Diana has been teaching since 2007

. Diana has basic training of Jazz & Classical Ballet, introduced to Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms in 1998 and Butoh

This began her passion for healing the body through movement and Dance,

Diana continues to practice in classes and workshop trainings of Nia, 5 Rhythms, Dancing Freedom, Open Floor and Biodanza

Diana ha been studying facilitator training in Bio Danza in January 2014.

Bio Danza is an amazing movement therapy intergrating

biocentric living and connection. She is developing her own dance therapy

combining different dance modalities called Dance Alchemy
